If you're looking for a possible feature request, having some way to compare subsequent outlooks could be neat/useful. The College of Dupage SPC page used to do this by having the old outlook in dashed lines, but a toggle could work too.

Not possible at the moment, since I’m pulling the contours from the SPC website. Those get overwritten on each new outlook… but I have plans to make my own parser of the points that would enable this functionality! So something I will absolutely consider once I get that step done. Thanks!

Honestly your descriptions of these outlook changes and the fire weather outlook are making me hanker for a visual of the changes - kind of like the drought monitor change graphic

Already had a request in the replies for that! Not something I can do immediately, since I’m pulling the geojsons from the SOC website. They get overwritten with each new outlook. However, I plan to do my own parsing soon, and that could enable some difference graphics on an interactive map.

I just saw it before you replied ☠️😂 love that idea and interactive options, SPC *needs* interactive data access after what we learned last year. If there's any social science input that could help don't be a stranger!

Actually I have some survey data I haven't fiddled with on interactive outlook information - maybe I'll do some reprioritizing myself tomorrow!
