Breakfast: oats, 1 banana, spoonful of peanut butter, drizzle of honey, flaked almonds, toasted coconut. Mixed with a bit of baking powder, baked in oven for 15 mins.

So easy and quick, really tasty 😋 Just let them cool for a few mins on a cooling rack so the bottoms don’t go too soggy. 180° C.
