Many people who should have known better, STILL voted for someone who was, is, and will always be wholly unfit to be president. Yes, many white males voted for Trump - the one group who was most likely to "benefit" from idiotic policies - but people who were going to be hurt still voted for Trump.

Illegal immigration had been dramatically slowed during President Trump's first term, and had President Biden simply kept Mr Trump's immigration policies in place, and had immigrants vetted, this situation wouldn't exist today. Mr Trump's signature campaign issue wouldn't have existed either.

We have laws, and had the immigrants obeyed our immigration laws, and come here legally, they would not have this problem.

Ireland is seeing a spike in Americans hoping to get citizenship by descent, citing political conditions. Other countries are probably seeing the same.

I suspect emigration from the US will likely grow in the near future as political and economic conditions deteriorate.
