If you’re serious, I’d recommend magnesium glycinate (it has to be glycinate) at bedtime. I take it for benign arrhythmia. I recently read an article that talked about how it can help sleep. I switched it to my nighttime meds and wow! I often sleep more than 8 hours!

For me this has nothing to do with another person being there. I either sleep 4 hours and then up every hour until morning, it the exact opposite. And I can never go 8hr without a piss for the rest of my life. 😢

I too had sleeping problems due to arthritis pain. I’m sure depression was involved too. I tried sleep gummies, marijuana. It did help with sleeping through the night.
Could you please not use the copy/paste text things to get your fonts. It doesn't work for lots of people here and all we see is block of horizontal lines. It's also a pain for visually impaired folks with screen readers. Thanks! 🙂
