They should and prosecute it very aggressively! With the simpering idiots in Congress right now, it's unlikely to get through but should be done any way.
Just because it didn't work last time doesn't mean dems shouldn't try & throw everything they can at the problem. They need to get creative & find new tools. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
Is he going to come quietly, do you think? I don't. I think he'll tell congress to fuck off. Then what? Can we please film the police dragging him off in chains? Or a straightjacket! Yes, let's vote for the straightjacket! Also, Musk. Him in chains, too!
There is no longer a balance of power in government. He's proven how he is above the law countless times, so this should be expected throughout the next 4 years...or more.
Well, yeah. When he knows the political process to remove his authority requires participation by his sycophants and collaborators, and he's been given free reign by the highest court in the land to do as he pleases, why *wouldn't* he do the most vile shit imaginable?
1/2 I was thinking this same thing the other day, why not just start impeaching him/them once a week for each new offense. I finally came to the conclusion it would be useless. Wasting time and taxpayer dollars. The only winners in almost all scenarios are the lawyers in both sides.
2/2 We have cultivated this litigious world and now we have to live in it (yeah I know, best in the world, blah, it’s still built to favor the litigious). I was hoping to be sand into the gears, but at this point if sand gets in they just toss a few more bodies into the gears for lubrication.
Of course he has. He's a 34-count convicted felon. Every job application needs to remove the section about criminal convictions. If the top job in the country doesn't disqualify based on this, no other job should either.
And not one lawmaker with balls to impeach him over it… Gaza excuse is bullshit. Someone go drag Elmo out and throw his minions into a garbage can. They are two feet tall.
Delegating unbridled presidential authority to a civilian without advice and consent — especially if it’s to a nazi slash defense contractor slash unmedicated toady — violates federal law.

Unknowns and unknowers.
Maybe the Dems should run on removing the pardon and enacting other ethical safeguards?
Nah, who am I kidding? They’ll just stand in front of lecterns and talk about resistance without actually doing anything.

Treason.
This was unthinkable. It is now reality. One of us can not live with this poison . That’s what treason means. It’s a hard choice.
Did they lock him in a closet?
