A good friend (54, runner, excellent diet, thin, not a smoker or drinker) will not survive an aneurysm that resulted in a stroke (& multiple strokes while in hospital). No direct family connection to suggest aneurysm was congenital. It's a stark reminder that nothing is guaranteed.
