As the article states, FBI believe it too. "The same year then-FBI director Christopher Wray said his agency believed the virus “most likely” spread after escaping from a lab."

Yes, important to show the evidence & be sceptical of so called "intelligence" agencies. After all, Iraq supposedly had WMD that started a war. I have found it frustrating that any such discussion of a lab leak is typically denounced as "conspiracy theory".

Unless I've missed it I've yet to see any evidence to support the lab leak origin of Covid. While on the other hand those refuting this claim have done it thoroughly. It all feels so familiar.

Even before the new leadership, I'm not sure the CIA is primarily in the business of providing scientifically accurate information.
