She could have utilized the electoral college prior, she can still invoke the 14th amendment, start 25th proceedings, start an impeachment inquiry, coordinate with the intelligence community and career civil servants to at minimum investigate and collect evidence if not refusal to comply efforts

Trump himself can do it to temporarily transfer power to Vance, or Vance and the majority of Trump’s cabinet can invoke it.

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment might require the courts to make that determination; which none of them did post-January 6.

she’s not even the ranking member of her committee: thanks to Nancy Pelosi, that went to a 73-year-old battling cancer. so no staffing, no subpoena power, not even the ability to call a committee hearing. literally all she has tge power to do is stand and be heard, which is what she’s doing.
