Although it hadn't been formally diagnosed at that time, it was during the early stages of his (later diagnosed) young-onset Alzheimer’s. I appreciate that this study is the other way round 🙂 - it's just that I'd never connected the two. Maybe people with dementia are more prone to delirium.
