Morning Bluesky.
Expecting a difficult day between India and Pakistan.
For the first time Pakistan has violated the ceasefire across the international border, not just the Line of Control.

I found whilst living in S Korea, some confrontation with the north would happen, int. press would go mental (Americans would leave the country), but you spoke to locals and they waved it away as old men sabre rattling..
So, we've had a tendency to brush this aside. What's different now is that India is under severe internal pressure to respond forcefully
Fingers crossed that if a response does come, it won't be of a level that forces further retaliation.
Similarly, the Pakistani Army (the de-facto government) is deeply unpopular with the public.
Both governments feel compelled to take military action to boost their popularity at home

been reading on asif ali zardari and droupadi murmu. on the surface, the former appears to be very aggressive.
may cooler heads prevail.
Incidentally, my autocorrect tried to change Laden to Karen, which has cheered me up no end.
Scary.
Even more difficult to predict because it's very difficult to know for sure what the what is really going on.
Just Wondering?!
