The Military Way, south of Hadrian's Wall, in beautiful winter sunshine. The Military Way is a modern name given to the #Roman road that was built to the south of the Wall & today part of it forms the Military Way path from Milking Gap near, Milecastle 38, to Walltown Quarry.
