Not my wisdom, but worth sharing. It's bad out there right now. Like, exhaustingly bad in multiple ways. But it's important for you, me and everyone else to look after our own mental health. And to do that, you've got to Be A Goose.

There's probably a Goose Scientist on here that can do this better than me, but geese are angry and territorial and if they don't like what you're up to they absolutely WILL come after you. Being opinionated is good. Being loud is good. Looking after your goose friends is good. But it's a LOT.
Geese are also super smart. When they migrate, they fly in a V formation. That means the lead goose is working extra hard to support all their goose friends - but when they are tired, they GO TO THE BACK and HAVE A REST.
To Be The Goose, you can get up and shout. You can lead everyone else - but you can also prioritise your own self care and REST TO STAY STRONG. Right here you can curate your feed. You can mute words you don't have energy to engage with. You can be silly or arty or tell jokes. We all need that too.
I do this. My feed is full of stupid jokes and cool animal facts and me being an idiot because this is where I come when I'm taking a break from all of that. Use your space for action if you want. That's a great way to use it. But make sure you have another place to rest, OK?
