Viruses exist. They are NOT exosomes. This claim is misinformation that ignores decades of virology, cell biology, and molecular biology. Yet, this claim of "viruses do not exist" or are exosomes your body makes to "detoxify" is frequently encountered.

Viruses carry DNA or RNA instructions to make more viruses. These instructions are not present in our cells. Exosomes do NOT have viral genomes or the machinery to replicate inside cells. Thatβs a fundamental difference.

Exosomes are mostly smaller do not have the structure of a virus nor coated with surface proteins and a tightly wrapped up genome

We can infect cells in controlled lab conditions and multiply

We see direct evidence of viruses causing illness. Remove the virus, this does not happen. Introduce the virus again, and disease occurs. Exosomes canΒ΄t do this. It also shows a particular virus can cause a particular disease.
