Whenever this happens to me, I write an outline of a scene or a sequence. I work on it until I stumble up on something so good it inspires me to write.
Then don't.
Unless you're on a deadline. Screenwriting is a job and should be treated that way, but you never want to turn it into drudgery by forcing it, or something that requires a certain state of mind to accomplish.
I'm sure you've done this, but I always have two things going at the same time and just switch over to the other one and before long I can't wait to get back to the thing I was stuck on. Especially if it's just rewriting something, which requires less inspiration and more problem solving.
You can cheat and tip the scales for the one you'd rather be writing or let nature take its course. I'm often my most productive after I decide I'm going to take the day off from writing. The pressure is off and then the ideas start to flow halfway through the day.
I'm with you. I haven't written anything in ages, especially since we went into the election cycle and Trump was re-elected.
I have four novels I need to finish. π«€
Then don't. Do something that'll help alleviate the pressure. Go for a walk, read a book, etc. Creating a healthy environment both physical and mental is key. If writing isn't fun then fun stories won't come. You got this.

Instead, I'm printing all of my scripts and binding them
It's something I can do with my bare hands instead of strangling the nearest MAGA asshole with them
I think I hold J Woo to a pretty high standard
I have seen it at least twice, as I'm always hoping things will be better, particularly studio genre movies (occasionally they are!)

Just type βI am going to write this bullshit and nothing can stop me.β
Then delete it & give it a minute or two. That helps me dislodge the mental debris.
