Not a 'big win' if the people 'associated' with Musk who are now Treasury 'special employees' still have READ access to the data: 'read access' is still unlimited access that can be used to photograph, copy, download, and SHARE the data with whoever they want - meaning it's getting to Musk ANYWAY
