Can anyone in the Trump administration give a straight answer? This is embarrassing--or should be. It's not hard to answer this question—unless you don't want to come across as a Musk lackey when Musk's SpaceX has billions of dollars in contract with NASA.

President Trump's nominee to head NASA, Jared Isaacman, really really really really really did not want to admit that Elon Musk was in his meeting with Trump, when Isaacman was offered the NASA post. This ranks up there as some of the worst testimony that I have ever seen on Capitol Hill.

Remind the witness that the question isn’t who lead the interview. The question is who was in the room and was one of those people Elon Musk.
This isn’t hard. It just requires more than 2 minutes.
“Is this rocket safe?”
“Well….”
It is the modus operandi of the intellectually vapid to answer a question with the answer to a completely different question, and repeat ad nauseam.
It’s not obfuscation so much as it is crowdfunding of lifehacks. It’s four dimensional Chess for dummies.
It's a requirement for the job.
