I have been an airline pilot for 27 yrs. Republicans have blocked proper funding for the FAA & Air Traffic Controllers for decades. The only way to prevent crashes like this is investing & supporting it. Republican thoughts & prayers will not protect the flying public. - ThreadSky

Especially at the Center level. There have been so many delays going into Florida past couple years due to staffing levels.

Since REAGAN fired PATCO ATC strikers for wanting FEWER hours, more personnel and better pay. They ripped MILITARY ATC personnel away from bases both domestic and overseas to plus up assets after Reagan fired the striking workers.
