Unions aren't all bad. Businesses also are not all bad.
Labor v biz (v. environment) are all dumb debates. We need all to be functionally excellent. And call out the bad ones.

I'm highly suspect of many, including those in health care and education industries my family is part of. The benefit is often outweighed by the harms in our experience. Better relations/collective bargaining are superior.
But now, Michigan has repealed right-to-work, and Wisconsin courts are poised to strike down the worst of Scott Walker's Act 10.
