Not sure if there is an audio book but truly a wonderful book covering fundamental Physics with almost no math. My dad (professor in psychology) loved Physics but did not have the necessary math background and he introduced me to this classic.
Have you listened to Under Alien Skies by @philplait.bsky.social ? Highly recommend! I also loved The Ends of the World by Peter Brannen (idk if he’s on here lol)
Max Brooks - World War Z. It isn't really a horror book, more of an alternative history. It is a gold standard Audiobook
Neil Stephenson - SnowCrash & Seveneves
Neil Gaimon - American Gods & Neverwhere
Kurt Vonnegut - Slaughterhouse-Five
Martha Wells - Murderbot
Dan Simmons - Hyperion

If so, May I recommend “Why Buddhism is True,” by Robert Wright.
Fun for science nerds who want to take the Red Pill.
(A reference to a line in the film The Matrix)
