I like Freddie a lot but honestly I think it would be best all round if he could just outsource all the important decisions - sacking cricketers, choosing his socks, that kind of thing - to Lily #TheArchers

Maybe he should do what Tom and Lynda did-
Split the captaincy into 2 parts, one for practical work the other for admin.
Unfortunately that solution hasn’t occurred to Freddie.

Lynda agreed with Tom (I *think* but I’m not sure) that Tom should do the practical stuff and Freddie all the tedious admin that Tom didn’t want to do.
Then Tom gives up his responsibilities fairly quickly leaving Freddie to do everything.
