This is a great idea! I’ve already called Subaru and told them that I won’t support a company that doesn’t align with my values. In other words, get off of Fox News or I won’t buy a car from them. Sidenote, they were very patient and listened politely to my concerns.

You need to cancel your cable or streaming plan that includes Fox News. This company charges 3x for its channels to be part of a cable\streaming plan. You don’t have to watch it but you’re still padding Murdoch pockets nonetheless.

I do agree this would be a better boycott. Just tons of cable subscribers call and say they want to cancel their plan and when asked why they should very explicitly state they don’t want any of their dollars supporting FN. But it would be great if this all happened on the same day.

DeFoxify America is not enough! Fox is one component of the MAGA conservative disinformation/misinformation machine. This includes now X, Fox, NewsMax, all the conservative churches, podcasts, influencers, … Need a concrete plan to take down each one of those components down.

If we could get licensing fixed, that would be a good start. Can't report news and be an entertainment license. Then apply the law that if churches become political, they pay taxes.
I can see a coordinated effort could work. Just need people to lead.
