Absolutely loved The Hot Spot, which is basically a cosy Twin Peaks set in the shadow of Mount Fuji. Mikako Ichikawa and her gang of old school friends have impeccable comic timing. I’m feeling a bit bereft that it’s over… commission a 2nd series Nippon TV! #thehotspot
