Ten Democrats voted to pass the Larkin act which greatly enhances the Trump administrations ability to terrorize people and deny them due process until they prove their citizenship. Party leadership could have called them out for this or even threatened to cut off election funds and didn’t.

Every day, they need to stand in the way - stalling all nominations - stopping any actions. The Republicans provided decades of examples. They need to communicate that any pain the Americans feel are the result of Republican policy in its purest form from a President who's allowed to be a dictator.
