I highly doubt that rents will come down. Every year they raise it between 2-5% and that’s only gonna get worse with the incoming administration. There are buildings in my area that are nearly empty. They make as much if not more money by having a vacancy and getting corporate tax breaks.

I know that a lot of the cables, wiring, pipes and faucets, cabinet knobs, tools and textiles come from china, which is why Lowes and Home Depot and Wal-Mart are able to seek them cheaply. The home utilities warehouse company I worked for had to struggle under Trumps first stint.
