Same issue over in appdev. 15% layoffs and all the leaders who got us where we were are still kicking their boots up. And now we have "crew autonomy" but it's actually code for us taking all the responsibility for failures while they take all the credit for victories. Capitalism distilled

The function of gaming for the human brain, needs to be valued by those who make games. Solving puzzles, doing novel things, exploring an area and learning how to advance all release dopamine because humans are smart. We enjoy the opportunity to play because play is a learning tool.
