Bar pizza is underrated in the conversation about New Haven pizza. I haven't tried Sally's or Modern because the sauce at Pepes has my heart.

I agree about Modern. Just went there Saturday. The wait to get in was long. But the pizza arrived withing ten minutes.

Call me spoiled, but If I went to a pizza place, and was told I would have to wait two hours to get a pizza, I'd go somewhere else.
