I don't think it's every single game, but some games have 𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘦, so it's probably like one per game on average. I have long suspected that ZUN is, on some level, Into It.
i wanna say that honestly always felt like the most appropriate reading even based on UFO alone but ig with fandom for a while it was that shou was thought of as "the incompetent one" due to losing the pagoda or nazrin's own more independent traits are disregarded or glossed over
