There is no justifiable reason any human being needs to have over a billion dollars. Once you reach that level of wealth, tax rates should be AT LEAST 90%. This is a very interesting list, including a philanthropy score. The first 14 are ALL men, nearly all white. Only 3 have a score over 2 out of 5: Bill Gates, Michael Bloomberg, and Warren Buffet.
