The Academy has resolved the "nominees to be determined" for Emilia Pérez and Nickel Boys.

For Emilia Pérez, the producers nominated for Best Picture are Pascal Caucheteux and Jacques Audiard.

For Nickel Boys, the nominees are Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner and Joslyn Barnes.
