(As a scientist who gets asked this a lot by my non-scientist friends) I'd like some more clarity about whether the fact we self-isolated in 2020-2021 has 'weakened' our immune system. I used to say No, getting covid weakened our immune system but would appreciate a more nuanced explanation. Tx!
