Tesla cars are no longer the leading EV. They are expensive.. make that overpriced and they can’t compete with the Chinese market .. ever. My colleague disposed of her Tesla after numerous issues and is now driving a BYD and she loves it. Best car ever according to her.

I haven’t heard of it. I have had an ev suv since 2021. A Hyundai kona preferred ev. It is the best vehicle I have ever owned. Since I bought it, there were no evs in my neighbourhood. Now.. it’s 40% kona ev, and the rest are all high end, about 30% of drivers are ev. It makes me happy.

I just left a site with 4 or 5 dedicated Tesla charging points. The cable and nozzles of every one of them lay on the muddy, gritty ground, unused. An old diesel truck was parked across two of the bays. Ditto an M1 service station. Five Tesla points empty, two of five non-T points in use.
