I'm a little insulted that the State of Iowa offered AFSCME Council 61 a 2% pay increase while they offered the University of Iowa student workers and health workers 3%.

I mean, it's all unreasonably low when inflation hit 9% a couple years ago and our buying power is down 10% in the last decade.
