Went from 90kg to 81.5kg in 6-7 weeks. Already beat my Christmas target which itself had already been revised down 5 times. Still a bit to go to get to the ~68~76kg range I’ve been most my grown up life, but feels like a strong start.

I feel the answer to that is always ‘who knows? try my best’ regardless of your weight loss methodology. Though I think sticking with keto - which I am doing primarily for mental health and not weight loss - will make it hard to put on weight tbh.
Yeah, I went with intermittent fasting to figure out dietary stuff (identified: lactose intolerance) and stuck with it because I’m lazy (that’s two whole meals skipped, less effort, more time) for many years now.
I put on a lot of weight in 2011-12 due to crazy work and eating over my desk every night, then lost it quite quickly (15+kg) doing a combination of low carb and hard fasting that would have been keto without me realising. Held that weight off for 7 years or so.

Only ever lost it quickly due to brutal gastro illness (probably giardia) that took a couple of months to fully shake.
