Sen. Padilla told reporters that he was attending a military briefing when he learned that Secretary Kristi Noem was also in the building and decided to attend her press conference.

“I was there peacefully,” he said, visibly shaken.

Like, it’s literally his job to ask questions on a topic that —once again for those in the back—HE IS LITERALLY ON THE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE FOR. Unless he was holding a Molotov cocktail, the FBI had no business pushing his face to the ground, and in a Federal building no less.
