Responding to Padilla’s detention with “We need answers” is such a profound misreading if the situation. We have answers. We saw a cabinet member say she’d “liberate” LA from its leaders before one of them was thrown to the ground. We need a response. Articles of impeachment could be one start.

I’ll say this and then I’m gonna step back b/c 2026 IS THE ONLY NATIONAL ELECTION THAT’S IMPORTANT NOW. No Dem presidential candidate wins w/o high Black turnout & vote. So stop making it like Black voters are expendable or that you can serve up any candidate chosen by Pelosi, Clooney or MSM & win.

If the U.S. government is going to take the position that, once removed from the United States, folks can’t be brought back, then it sure seems to me that federal courts should be reflexively and categorically barring *all* removals until they’re 100 percent certain that the removals are lawful.
