on how many hours one spends in games or what ammount makes you a loser or not! this is nothing about the game, sorry for the confusion.
me being an older guy, i see this way of thinking that 100 hours is a lot as something that was introduced modernly by games reviewers, who have to focus on ->
-> completing the game inside of deadline and then move on to another. Since they're the ones most visible, this has seeped into the minds of gamers, but before youtube streamers 100 hours was nothing, nobody played tetris or super mario for just 100 hours. fundamentally different views!
It’s gotta set my record for longest playtime of a single player campaign. So fucking massive. Maybe Elden ring was close. Witcher3 was probably around that length but with the expansions
My oldest kid has played it through eight or nine times. There’s just so many different ways to solve the puzzles and battles. It’s really one of the most remarkable games ever created.
It was almost off-putting to me at first how you can take it in *any* direction you want. Pretty much only limited but your imagination. It’s bonkers what the devs pulled off
Even in Witcher w/expansions I think I did like 120ish hours. Witcher3 or Elden ring probably my close 2nd but I spent much more time doing side stuff with those 2 than this. This playthrough was basically just the story. I feel like I skipped/missed a lot of extra shit too. It’s fucking massive
I didn’t have that issue but it did take me like 40ish hours to actually understand action economy, how the game works, and to get into a groove that I really enjoyed. But I’ve never played a DnD style game before
Dude I was not prepared for full character cock customization on the character creation screens. You bet my halfling was packing pig like Tyrion Lannister

games aren't fast food ( well, don't need to be )

Or blew up Act 2 finished?
I'm still working on an Act 2 win Honor run. It's insanely hard just to do that.
