The candied Fresno peppers I made yesterday are absolutely delicious. Not sure what I’m going to do with them except possibly eat them out of the jar every time I go through my kitchen. But still.

I stock up on the Trader Joe’s candied jalapeños every time I go across the border, and I’ll say there’s no shame in just a fork and the jar. That said, they’re also the perfect condiment for breakfast burritos
I’ve been making a lot of Fresno quick pickles this year, and every batch I wind up adding a little more sugar—there’s just something about it that really brings out the flavor. Great on grilled cheese.
