Well there's a deep, intense double-standard based squarely in wealth-class.
If the billionaire CEO had been the one to shoot Luigi? He'd get off with a fine. IF it wasn't spun into self-defense to cover up the murder or somesuch other bullshit. He'd get away with it and be just peachy.

Would-be shooters learn about other shooters. They know the names, weapons used and numbers killed. Make shooters persona non grata. Do not announce their names or methods. Stop TV specials and exposés. Do not ever mention their names publicly again. That would help.
