I recently set up iPhones for my parents. I'm a software developer of >25 years, iPhone user, former Apple employee. Even I got frustrated setting up their phone. Watching my 81 year old father - a very smart guy! - struggle to use it made me SO angry. Phones are needlessly complicated!
