I understand the temptation to be "True Americans are Indigenous" in response to anti-brown bigotry but you can't fight bigotry with more bigotry. Stop trying to define what makes someone "true," esp. if it's about their ancestry. Nobody has a choice in that. Everyone has the same human rights.

Lest you think I only know of only Windows & Mac: I originally installed Linux Ubuntu on my Framework Laptop with the encrypted boot + encrypted drive option. This resulted in random hanging. Like, no KB or trackpad input crashing. OSes all stink, they just each have a unique malodor.

Just to show some DEI in my operating systems hate: If I'm not using my machine I turn it off. If I leave my Windows PC off for a week or more, it takes nearly an hour for Windows to stop examining its navel and deign to let me play a video game. Currently at 15 min. waiting for a restart to start.

I recently set up iPhones for my parents. I'm a software developer of >25 years, iPhone user, former Apple employee. Even I got frustrated setting up their phone. Watching my 81 year old father - a very smart guy! - struggle to use it made me SO angry. Phones are needlessly complicated!
