Jokes aside, the discussion about leading people, helping them see their value/how they can contribute is so important. And, like you said, doesn’t have to be reserved for “managers”.
I find that managers who can improve existing processes or develop new systems, while communicating goals and strategy to align their teams, are the most impactful, regardless of industry.
