Well he was the commissioner of LAPD from 2013 to 2023. Do you think LAPD was a force for good in that time? The officers working today were armed, trained, and equipped over the past decade

I’m not from LA. I don’t know when and where the energy came from for LA’s militarization of policing (other than as part of post 9/11 US embrace of militarization I expected in the countries where I did research but was not used to here). It was an honest query. I guess “evil” is the answer.
