3k of walk/run intervals, I feel great! Last time I did this particular workout I struggled with the last four minute interval but I managed it this time
The accountability of setting a challenge with a friend is really helpful isn’t it? I’ve just got off the cross trainer after making a pact with a friend this morning…we exchange photo evidence from smart watch activity as proof 🤣
