Yes! The first time I had homeopathy explained to me that was my immediate thought too. Probably didn't hurt that I was helping measure the amount of cattle fecal matter in spring freshet 🤣

Homeopathy was effective when it was introduced because it was up against balancing the humors.

But that just means balancing the humors was less effective than a placebo. Homeopathy is a placebo.

Except when it isn’t. Then it’s just poison.

The concept of water memory does not mean that water becomes the molecules of what it was in contact with, but the potential acquisition of information. So it is impossible for water molecules in contact with excrement to become that and smell. That happens when you don't go beyond reading Wikipedia
