Yeah I think they've had this feature for a while? Like you could add/remove stuff for years but marketing as like "you can be in the photo too" is wild. Truly don't know who this is for bc what is supposed to happen when you show the ppl in the original photo that now you're in it too?????
i Imagine the intended use case is when you want a photo together but can't be bothered to ask a third party to take the photo but the wording in the ad makes it sound much more frivolous and impulsive
so from what I can tell, at least from what I read in the explanation of it, this is more like combining photos taken at the same location rather than adding a sticker of yourself.
Which seems counterproductive since every android device can also act as a camera remote
i certainly don't like strangers holding my phone to take a photo so I'd maybe use this feature if there's no ledge to prop my phone to activate the timer
Oh okay so person A photographs person B, they switch places and person b photographs A and combines the two photos for one image. I guess it's something? Its a little uncanny to think about taking pictures w these tools
