We try to avoid saying “sex” at my table for no other reason than to see what silly euphemism people will use instead. The current favorites are “We’re looking at rubber ducks” and “Building ikea furniture”

We were at an SCA tournament, and someone's hand got accidently hit by another warrior sword, hard.
Guy dropped his sword and held onto his hand and shouted, "You Danish Ditch Digger."

Shadowrun group made up new "local flavor" slang based on funny stuff that was said at the table. Somebody misspoke the word "sepsi" during a first-aid sequence, and the group decided that was what locals call a really nasty drink.

Also, anything with artificial grape flavor in it is "purbl".

I've got an NPC troupe of bards and musically-talented barbarians in my game called Barbaarse Bende. They play Pummelcore music, which is significantly more... percussive than other styles. They also tend to brawl at concerts and rack up a pile of charges for repairs.

interlopers (hacker title) have constructed a sort of slang language, and they call strangers 'jumpers', because people they dont know die every day, folks who dont do hacking 'noobs' or 'normies', and starship pilots 'coolant jockies', because liquid ventilation is very popular in starships

Due to their size, and having an often insect-like appearance, ‘bug’ is a simple but common insult, that I’ve gotten to throw at players a few times
