When he was mayor of Newark, he tried living on food stamps for a while (to demonstrate how hard it is) and videoed it. I engaged with him as a disabled American (not in NJ) living on food stamps, & we had a great, honest conversation. I've been wondering where that guy went - nice to see him back.
