What about the U.S. DOGE Service Temporary Organization and their 18 month operation? Also, why July 4, 2026 as a termination date? There has to be some kind of significance to that date.

Am I also reading this correctly, all agencies will have a DOGE team? Including the NSA?

The significance of the end date is that it was what Trump had announced previously. The temporary organization is a way to engage in some evasion of transparency laws I gather.
