I get parents being fearful of science & vaccinations for their children. I do. What I can’t believe is that anyone can read these statistics & not see their benefit & importance. Our system isn’t perfect but the benefits of these particular vaccinations is undeniable. - ThreadSky

They should walk around an old cemetery and see all the small headstones for children and babies who died from infectious diseases which we have vaccines for today.

Totally Agree. Vaccinations solved a public health crisis. Take away the vaccines and we are back to having the public health crisis. Ugh.

I think most anti-vaxxers aren't critical thinkers. But if they are, then in the past, if you were totally lacking in solidarity, then due to herd immunity you could benefit from that without taking even a tiny risk. But now there are too many -- and the risk will be huge in the next four years.

Yes, Totally Agree! And while we can continue to improve our critical thinking skills, others will just never be that type of thinker & never even understand what it means to be a critical thinker. It’s frustrating but reality.
