Goes back to a point I've made before - screenwriters get knocked for creating young people with a 45yo's taste but they exist. There is no punk rock now. When Saylor Twift is Supreme Overlord, liking Blondie & Talking Heads & New Order is punk rock.

Kind of related: Sometimes I'm in restaurants with young employees playing and singing along to nothing but 80s songs. In the 80s waitstaffs did not rock Glenn Miller and the Ink Spots. You'd have to be in, like, a Johnny Rockets to hear exclusively songs that were just *30* years old.
